GZXZEP is a manufacturer of plant-based deodorizers, external carbon sources, microbial products and wastewater treatment chemicals — and our R&D center is where every product decision starts.
Mission one is formulation: screening more than 300 botanical extracts and tuning chemical auxiliaries to keep pace with increasingly strict emission limits in waste, livestock, aquafeed and industrial sectors.
Mission two is verification: reproducing real site conditions at bench scale — jar tests, scrubber loops and fine-mist simulation — so the dosage, dilution and cost estimates we deliver are based on measured data, not assumptions.

What Our R&D Center Does
Six core workstreams support every product we ship — from first formulation to the dosing program running on your site.
Botanical Formulation
Screening and blending plant-extract deodorizer bases from a library of 300+ natural extracts — tuning synergies between active molecules and stabilizing formulas for storage and dilution.
Odor Simulation Testing
H₂S, NH₃ and odor-molecule removal measured under controlled gas-phase conditions, including dilution-ratio screening for fog cannon, spray tower and fine-mist application.
Water Bench Testing
Jar tests and small-scale reactors for ammonia removal, phosphate removal, demulsification and decolorization — with before/after COD, turbidity and colorimetric measurement.
Microbial Technology
Strain activation and compatibility checks across our XZ88xx microbial range — verifying nitrifying, denitrifying and COD-degrading cultures before and after carbon-source dosing.
Third-Party Verification
Key performance and safety claims are sent to accredited independent laboratories for confirmation. Reports are available to customers on request.
Dosing Program Design
Translating bench results into a site-specific program: product grade, dilution ratio, dosing point and expected consumption — the same data pack our engineers use on site.
